To make children aware of their own
vocabulary and to enhance their vocabulary. To help them use the words they have
learnt – in their conversation in their written work. |

Methodology: |
The educator can pick up any one topic
for example school, name, camp..etc – topic which children are aware of. Out
it on the board in the center – now ask them to tell you all the words they
know related to the topic – put each word on the board. Now stress on the
words and show them how many words they know. Make them copy it in their
notebook – make sentences using any five of them. |
