To make children aware of the fact that
any words put together do not form sentences, they (words) have to be put
in such a manner that they make complete sense – how to make a
correct sense out of the given jumbled words. |
Methodology: |
The educator will have a few words-each
written on a piece of paper / board for eg. Flower, is, very, this, beautiful
– make 5 children stand in a row and give each word to them in the same order
as above. Now the educator and the rest of the children will read the sentence
as it is and will then decide whether it make sense or not and then pick up a
child who will correct it – by moving the words to its correct place. Continue
with a few more examples on the board also. |
