Dear Friends,
Here is the latest update on the Aadariyana
village school rebuilding project:
- School building is almost ready,
one-half is completely ready and occupied( the students and teachers
did a ‘puja’, ie prayer, for 2.5 hours and occupied it last
month, 7 classrooms have benches, blackboards, softboards, doors, windows,
the doors and windows have windowpanes, etc ) The entire building is
likely to be ready by mid-sept. See photo attached.
- So far, Rs 46,45,000 have been
spent as follows (see auditor certificate attached ) :
Primary School-New Building Rs
44,19,000
Repairing Girls School in the
same village Rs 16,000 (material only – labour incl in New Bidg)
Repairing High School in the
same village Rs 14,000 (material only – labour incl in New Bidg)
GE 25 container – various
expenses Rs 196,000
- Formal inauguration is slated
for 26 October (Dussehra day), all are welcome and cordially invited.
- Training 0f 65 teachers in 11
schools from cluster of 9 village starts on 31 August with 3-day module

shoes, medicines, crutches, food, etc all of very high quality, Eklavya
